One thing i did in lock down

what i did in lock down well i went out hunting with my dad me & my dad had two very old guns that were his grand fathers so i had an old slug gun and john had an old 22 witch was very loud you could here it echo through the hole farm it was really cool and a bit scary too.

Sooner or later we spotted two hears in the disdain,we shot at them and missed john say to me , If you had your compound we could of got them because we didn't sight the guns in i thought that we should go up this hill and at the top john spotted a sheep that was cast we went down and helped it up it had a bit of a dead leg for a bit then it came right we headed back and on the way i stared to get sore feet  we go up the and right at the top is one of the bulls his friendly though so we were fine.Were inside and dad
has chat at the end of the chat Brett ask if we wanted to take James old bike ya i said so we say good bye and take the little bike home and that is that thank you for reading.

To my Year 7 Teacher,

Who I am, I am very nice and kind to others when I'm working. I work well with people that  I know. I'm good at most sports,art,crafts and others. My name is Jessie. I was born on the 2nd of September 2008, I am 11 years old.

These are some of the people that are special to me obviously my mom and dad and my dog Tigi, who sadly died on 11.11.2019, and lots of other people in the family and friends.

My strengths that I have are maths and kind of reading and writing. In maths, I'm good at multiplication, adding, subtracting and few others, I also use many different strategies. When it comes to writing, I try to think of what to write but if I know what I'm writing I do it straight away. At Makauri we haven’t been working much on writing and reading.

Things that i need to work on one is getting up and talking about what the subject is like explaining it in front of the class  that is a fear that I have.  Two other things that I need to work on are writing and reading  our school has not focussed on it that much and as well as that I’m not that good at it like others.

I like to work in a quiet spaces outdoor or indoor by myself or with a buddy to help or give feedback. It helps me to get my work done faster because I’m not being distracted by anyone. People I work best with are the people that I know and understand, like my friends. 

People that I don’t work well with are people that talk a lot and get distracted and get off task it’s because they put me off task it’s if I work with them.

Some of my favorite things that have happened in Makauri school this year one is that I started  Makauri school this year and I was new here but over the year I've gotten used to it  and gotten to know other people better. The thing I liked a lot was athletics day it was the best because I came first in girls shot pot and hope to do it at Gisborne intermediate and swimming sports.

Things that I’m looking forward to next year is getting to know other people and teachers and achieving new goals and doing other sports, especially swimming maybe camp and just to let you know is that  sometimes I get home sick other than that I'm all good and I hope that I can go on field trips with my friends around Gisborne and out of Gisborne.

 Something you need to know about  me is that I have a fear of heights  and going away from my family and I’m not that good at running and at some sports.

InterSchool Football Tournament

Makauri school was having an interschool football tournament i was one of the helpers .I got one of the jobs and it was to help with the food it was a very hard job. At half time that  was lunch time that's when all the games were over for now i watched half of the games they were most high quality scores

it was most exciting when our school scored a goal.
